Re: Online storage.

Thanks for reply but I can log into all of Norton except---  online storage ---when I do it tells me --"Registered Different Account ,Tuesday Aug,2007-- Log into that Account" ,I have changed ISP's since and it refuses to recognise my Norton  User address and password.

No probs.with other sections.  Got me beat, can you help ?,don't understand how to change profile on Online Storage page only.

Thanks John.

Hi Johnny1,

It sounds like what you need to do is just update the email address/username for your Norton Account. You can do this easily by following the below steps:

1) Go to https://www.mynortonaccount.com/

2) Login with your old account info

3) Click Account Profile in the left menu

4) Click the EDIT button to the right of Account Information

5) Update the Email Address to your preferred one, and click Update

6) Check your product (I'm guessing it's Norton 360) and if necessary, login with the new account information

Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns, or if I have misunderstood the problem. Thanks!
