Hi,
I have Ghost15 installed on my production system and it has been doing its job as expected for some time now. Each month a new full backup and at least twice a week an incremental. All go to an external HDD.
Hope this helps

Do you have any problem on installing LightsOut Restore?
It seem to me that Norton Ghost 15 isn't yet fully accept 64 bits drivers for window 7 64-bit..
To replace 64 bits drivers with 32 bits isn't recommened.
Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this issues?
Thanks you very much for any suggestions

Ghost uses 64bit drivers when installed on a 64bit operating system.
The recovery disk and lights out restore is a 32bit enviroment, it's made from VistaPE 32bits.

So, I cannot install Lightout restore under window 7 64 bit, right?
Without installing Lightout restore, is there any approach to restore C: drive without using CD.
After installation of Ghost 15, I create an image of entire window system under C: drive into D:\Backup\ , but when I try to restore it for testing, it pops up a message about not able to perform restore, and it must be perform under restore environment in order to finish this task. Even through I try to boot up system from Ghost 15 CD, which would not startup under any restore environment neither.
Do you have any suggestions?

oem7110,
You need to fix that. What errors do you see?
LightsOut Restore is no use to you if the hard drive fails. Then you need a Ghost boot disk.

When I try to restore image from file within window 7 64-bit, after selecting the file and peroforming the restore process, it pops up a message box about not able to perform it under window, and must be perform under restore environment, then I clcik yes to continue, and request Symantec Recovery Disk and restart computer, then it stops here.
Could you please give me any suggestions on how to create a Ghost boot disk?
Thanks you very much for any suggestions

If you have a Ghost 15 installation disk then that disk is also the bootable recovery disk.
What exactly happens when you try to boot it?

When I try to create a SRD within Windows 7 64-bit, it shows following items not able to use for 64-bit
1) WAN Miniport (IKEv2)
2) Intel(R) 82579V Gigabit Network Connection
I don't know whether I should keep going on the next step or not.
Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

My suggestion was to boot the recovery disk.
Just try it please and you will see what happens
