Hi.

When I boot up with the CD and try to run the Power Eraser, I get the error:

Error Getting System Path 0x80045006,0

Any ideas why and how to resolve it?

My OS is Win 7 Ultimate 64bit.

Can you please run a scan using the "Norton Advanced Recovery Scan" option available from the CD? Please let us know how it goes.

Hi NUser.

Yes I can use "Norton Advanced Recovery Scan", and this gave me a clue as to why "Norton Power Eraser" doesn't work when I boot from a CD.

It appears that because I am using a RAID array, the drive letter/s are X: and not C:
