Error "please insert the recivery disk" when trying to restore image

Hello,

I am encountering the same error as described in this post: http://community.norton.com/t5/Other-Norton-Products/Error-quot-please-insert-the-recivery-disk-quot...

The apperent solution is to use Ghost 14 SRD, also described in the same post. It says to contact forum member Eric_Carlstrom for a link to the Ghost 14 SRD, which does not have this bug.

The post is more than two years old. Is there a way to still aquire Ghost 14 SRD?

Yes, you can. Send me a private message and I can help you out.

However, as that post is 2 years old try this: Download the recovery disk for Symantec System Recovery 2011. It will restore Ghost 15 image files. Right-mouse click on your START button, and select OPEN WINDOWS EXPLORER. When it opens, copy and paste this into the address bar: ftp://usoruser11:d0wnl0&d@supportftp.symantec.com and download the file Sym_System_Recovery_2011_10.0.1.41704_English_Recovery_Disk_Only.zip. Unzip, and burn a new CD from the ISO. You do that by right-mouse clicking on the ISO file, and select OPEN WITH...WINDOWS DISK IMAGE BURNER.
