Dear Forum Members

I am trying to install Norton Ghost 15 from a CD and get the error message "No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.".  What does this mean and more importantly what do I do to overcome the problem?

I think it is a bug when installing from a user account that has a space in the name. It doesn't really mean anything. Run the Security Configuration Tool from the Start Menu and make sure your account has the proper permissions. You should have check marks next to Full Control and Status Only to Allow when your user account is highlighted. Administrators should also have the same permissions.
