Ghost 10.0 will not start after re install

I had to re install the XP operating system on my PC.  After re installing Ghost 10.0 I get the error message "Couldn't contact start agent".

bdpavlick,

If you type in services in the start menu and scroll down to see if the Norton Ghost service has started.

If it has stop it and then select start automatic.
