When trying to load Ghost 14.0 I receive the following:

Retrieving the COM class factory for component W/CLSID (69CE4B8-ACC-41FO-85D6-403C5A9A38D) failed due to the following error - 80040154

Clicking OK gives me:

Unhandled exception has occured in your application.  If you click continue, the app will ignore the error and attempt to continue.  If you click quit, the app. will close immediately.

Choosing continue give me a blank Ghost dialogue box and...

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

GHOST is dealt with here under Other Norton Products so I've asked for your message to be moved there for better coverage.

You won't lose track of it since the move leaves a link message here to where it has gone to.

It looks like a dependant file is unregistered.  Try looking in the registry under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\(69CE4B8-ACC-41FO-85D6-403C5A9A38D)\ which should reference a DLL.  Note the DLL and try re-registering the DLL via command prompt:

regsvr32 dllname.dll

Reboot and then try again unless the registration comes up with an error.
