Well I have just joined, and I could really use some help and advice, I have bought ghost 14 I thought would solve a problem i had with ghost 10 that of driver validation , , This reared its head when I did a new install of xp on both my laptop and desktop , being stupid I thought it was the fault of my internet suite bullguard which I removed and paid for panda 2008 this gave the same error when I tried the driver validation test prior to installing ghost 14 on my freshly patched desktop, I aborted the install as you know its a lot of work to mess up even on broadband , tried symantec to find ask email what to do , no joy so I tried panda themselves and was told to uninstall and back up then reinstall panda, I have used ghost for years starting with 2003 , version 10 with no problems suddenly I cant do a straight backup , ghost says obtain the drivers as you cant rely on the application in the recovery enviroment, whats the best thing to do to backup the system easily without fuss or problems? my laptop which runs sp3 I backed up ok just fine its running panda ok the ghost image is fine too so why cant ghost 14 do the same as its pre decessor? I have no problems rebuilding pcs but its been a costly few months software wise can help both bullguard which has a agnitum driver and pandas firewall driver seem to have issues with ghost , thanks for your help
