I did a full "C'' drive backup using Ghost 14 , the C drive showed 14.8 GB used and the image that was backed up to an external drive showed 14.2 GB . I used compression " none" , is this normal or is something missing?
Thanks

Some files do not get included in the image. Like pagefile and hibernation file. A few things also are set as exclusions like norton virus definitions because volume shadow copy could cause a problem if they were included in Windows restore points.
Nothing important is left out, running live update will re-download the definitions and windows will create a new pagefile on first boot.

Depends on what you call important. Recorded TV shows and update history would be important to me.
