Ghost 14 reinstall windows Installer cannot be accessed

I had to remove Norton Ghost 14 and Norton 360 due to using a recovery point in Windows XP. Now I get an error message about the Windows Installer cannot be accessed. I have reinstalled Windows Installer 4.5 and I still cannot install Ghost 14 to install from the CD.

 

I need to get this working.
