Had an 80Gig hard drive fail and have backups on an external hard drive. I am putting  in a larger new hard drive and was wondering if someone can give the step by step instruction for the backup procedure. I am  running window xp and using Ghost 14

Check This Post for the procedure to "clone" a drive from a backup (Image-Restore)

Edit - With Ghost 14 you may not need the edit function, I do know Ghost 12 doesn't.

Since you have XP, you will not have an SRP. So make the partition that contains Windows active.
