This will be different from Deric, he has Ghost installed into either windows 7 or Vista and therefore I bet he is ending up with offset partitions and thats causing his boot problems and the last 3 operating systems taking on the wrong letters.
Dave
Dave, that is what I thought last night when I logged off, I will swap them over.

Dave,
here is the second partinfo, with Ghost 15+SP1 installed on C: XP.
I ran a recovery onto the (clone) 120 gig drive and it went well with the usual 7 entries on the boot menu, using EasyBCD I rubbed 3 out and renamed three, Win XP Pro was ok.
Now I am going to back this up and then do 2 tests image/restore and copy drive.
Edit : got the American key board again can't get the inverted commers.

Dave,
Tried the image /restore option and it failed again, XP booted ok and so did Vista but the two Win 7s booted to the prep. desktop screen and then blue screen with the Microsoft flag and No apps.
I got this error from Ghost log
I would think when I do the copy drive option that will fail as well and it may mess up the source drive so I will check G12 out on XP later on.

Dave,
The copy drive failed as well, all went well with the copy, unallocated space available after each partition was copied and I had 1 primary and 3 logical partitions.I didn't have to go online to get Ghost to see the unavailable space.
Finished up with the same problem as before. As with previous copy drive all 4 O/Ss wouldn't boot, vista booted after a repair but the 2 Win 7s usual prep desktop problem. Couldn't get XP to work at all what ever I tried.
So I am afraid it is failure again with Ghost 15 on a multi boot.

Deric,
On this screen, can you see the taskbar at the bottom? Do you get a message about a Temporary Profile.

Brian,
there were no task bar and I only got the message about a temporary profile on the copy drive option.
I didn't get the temp profile this time and it only happens on the Win7 screens when they boot.
I have tried Ghost installed on XP, I have selected primary and logical partitions, numerous settings and I just don't know how to fix it
I have had enough testing this out now, I think 1 week of test after test has just about drained my patience,as you put it "gone into overload" .

Deric,
I'm sick of it too.

Brian,
If Dave figures this out I think you need to start saving up 'cos it's going to cost a few bob mate.

Dave had more success with image/restore than I had. I restored the .sv2i to a blank HD. Booted Win7A and saw Preparing your Desktop and eventually that dull grey blue screen.
