"But first a few questions. What is the 102 MB partition on HD1?
If you remove HD1 and HD2 from your computer does Win7 still boot? I just want to know that Win7 booting isn't dependent on files in another HD partition."
I have no idea about this 102 MB partition on HD1 and it was not created by me. I think it was created during Win Vista installation.
Yes, I can remove HD1 and HD2 and my PC still boot. Win7 booting nothing dependent on HD1 and 2.

OK. Thanks. What happens when you remove all HDs and only have the SSD in your computer? Can you describe the errors in failing to load Win7?

Can you be more specific with "copy disk stuck"? Maybe you can provide a screenshot?
