When I try to setup Ghost 15 I get the following error message:
You do not have sufficient privileges to perform this operation.
This is on Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit.
I have been through the un-install / re-install with the same result.
I am installing from an administrator type user account. I have also tried Run As Administrator but got the same result.
Any clues appreciated!

Could you clarify what you mean by "Administrator type" account? Is it the admin account? You may try from the default built in administrator. Also, try running the "Security Configuration Tool" that you can access from Start > Programs > Norton Ghost when the product is installed. Reboot after you do this and try again.

Peter,
When do you see this message? Ghost installed OK in Win7 Ultimate on my test computer but after the first reboot, when I was due to enter the product key, I saw that same message. There was a link to a web site which told me there was no solution. I tried numerous installs. Same result.
I have two optical drives in that computer. I tried installing from the other optical drive and it worked. I tried numerous installs from that optical drive and it worked every time.
Both optical drives work for other purposes. I've no idea if it will work for you.
