Ghost V14 14.0.1.24977 I backed up complete drive to an external disk. Shortly thereafter my computer went south with a cpu overheat problem.

I am now using my laptop, and installed my Ghost, running as a temporary copy because I assume I cannot activate it twice, even on my laptop...?).

Ghost will not read the file: error ED800012 The internal structure of the image file (Last File Frame) is invalid, damaged or unsupported.

I can read all other files on th external disk just fine.

Any idea what this problem is?

Is the Alias that was setup for the external disk within Ghost set to the same Alias in this new install? Did you save it as an Offsite Copy? How was this image created an saved to the external disk? It might be helpful to contact our Customer Support team about this problem, as it seems very urgent:
