Yes you can right click the attachment link and choose save as
Once you run any fix you can just exit and go back to startup that doesn't work in trying to load windows yet.
This fix is just to get me more information from your Windows installation, it won't fix the Windows startup.

This should get your Windows to load after finishing with FRST. Not the whole system check
Delete your copy of fixlist.txt on the Flash Drive
Download the script attached, needs to be the same file name as well (fixlist.txt), Copy across to flash drive
NOTE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system
Now please enter System Recovery Options again. Like previously

K here is the second log, I was wondering are all these trojan reports related to the massive attack I had?

Does Windows now load??
The Trojan detections would be proabaly for zeroaccess, but not the bootkit

I'm at the login screen now. I noticed that after the windows logo was done loading the screen went black and the moniter went off then came back on, there was a black screen for a bit, then the mouse icon came on, then the circle loading logo next to it, then my login screen.
I haven't loged in yet, cuase I take it were not outa the woods yet?

You got that right.
Go to your desktop
Windows had seen a problem loading so asked on the next available chance whether to use startup reair or start normally. I can cause it with my Windows 7 by icorrectly shutting down that is all.that is required., But in your case I fixed the problem.

Ok, nice, so you want me to log in, let everything load on the desktop, and shut it down and reboot it?
