Hey Quads I was wondering if could tell me a bit more about these virus' while we work on this.

Also is it safe to work with my infected pc, like logging into emails, and is it going to infect the flash drive I used before?

OK,

You can use Safe Mode with networking to do emails and the internet.

Use Safe Mode and log into the Admin account,  with that account create a new account and give it full admin rights.

Ok I made the new account, we will be working with the new one while fixing, and should i use the new admin or old admin to surf the web?

Have no account password.

Now, logon to that account in Normal Mode, it will look a little bare, and then setup networks so you can get to the internet.

Done, yes its very bare, and norton is still here, I am online but when seting up IE9 should I use the recommened security and comatibilty settings?
