I need some help. I purchased my Utilities online and go to use product code to register my version and it keeps coming up unsuccessful. Any advice would be hugely appreciated :)

Hi BradraMacken,
The letters are case sensitive, capitals for capitals and spaced with"-" (minus). Example:- ABCD-1234

Hey Dave.
Thankyou for your help and suggesting norton chat. I ended up going there, everything that you suggested I had tried but tried again after restarting my computer in case something had happened, turned out the version link that I had been provided with after purchasing online was the wrong link, it was to download version 14 not 15 so thats why it wasnt registering lol.
Thankyou for your help, it was the start of me finding out what had gone wrong and I really really appreciate it :)
