How temporarily disable NU15?

Since installing NU15 it seems that my computer (Windows Vista 64) gets bogged down.  I wonder if it is when NU15 is in operation.  How can I temporarily disable NU15 to see if there is any difference?  If so, how can I run NU15 manually?  Thanks.

What actions have you taken with NU?  If you haven't done anything yet, then you'll see a window open up when it runs.  Of course, you could always temporarily uninstall NU and see if that makes a difference.
