I reviewed the posting on the above subject (http://community.norton.com/t5/Other-Norton-Produc
I followed the instructions but I still have a non-existent recovery destination listed for my drive D. There are no recovery points at that location. I have checked the drive and can find nothing on it that appears to be related to Ghost. Is the pointer for this location listed somewhere else? Can I delete it manually? As stated at the outset, I followed your instructions. After I finished my just created recovery points were no longer listed, but the D recovery destination still was. I am backing up all my drives again. I actually have Ghost 188.8.131.52526
My D drive does appear on the drop down menu in manage destinations, but all commands are greyed out. Any assistance would be appreciated. Xp sp3

There is no "delete" command in advanced for that drive.
I now have a more seriousm problem - backups are not being created. They seem to be being created as the right amount of time passes and the drives are humming but at the end of it all, nothing shows at thebackup destination.

Have you tried uninstalling G15 and then reinstalling the software, the NRT (Norton Removal Tool) will completely remove Ghost along with any other Norton software with it.
