Other Norton Products

Hello,

It has been quite awhile since I've been back over here on the Norton Forums. Nice to be back, and to see you all.

I have a really simple question to ask, and it is this. I have already purchased a full version, ( cdrom ) of Norton Utilities 15, and I am having a duece of a problem finding out just where I can register it in my Products division. I have my Product number, etc. but I can't seem to list it, as there doesn't seem to be an add-on, updated way to list it in my Products purchased/ updated/renew area. I want to register it so that it quits telling me that I only have 15-10 days left on it, as I have purchased it, and obviously I own it. How do I add this purchase into my Products Purchased area, so that it is registered correctly, and fully?

Hi Nancy,

Your post may be moved to the Other Norton Products board.

If you open NU,  along the top it should have an 'Activate Now' or similar.  You need to click that and enter your Product Key.  It is case sensitive and needs to be spaced with a '-' (minus sign)  You will need to enter your name and Email address that is linked to your Norton Account.

Once it has been added to your Norton Account,  if you click on Order History you should find NU15.
