I ran Power Eraser and now my computer won't boot

I ran Power Eraser and and now my computer will not boot.

 

I cannot get the computer to boot into safe mode, normal mode, or last known good configuration.

System restore and system repair are of no help.

 

I'm running Windows 7 x64

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
