Other Norton Products

I'd lik to have a print out of my Idenity Safe entries. Backups are fine but I want a document I can file.

How can one obtain this information?

Hi lathermill,

Printing out your Identity Safe data is possible if you are using Norton Internet Security 2011 or Norton 360 version 5.  Earlier versions of these products do not support exporting this information.  The data needs to be exported as a .csv file, which will be in plain text.  Instructions for finding the data store and exporting it can be found in your program's Help menu, indexed under Identity Safe, exporting data.

I have Norton Security Suite and while it has an export function, it insists the product license must be expired before it will allow me to export the data. Wow, that seems counter intuitive. 

So I have no recourse except to do it manually, entry by entry?

Have you checked with Comcast to see if a newer version is available?

Version 5.1 was recently released.  I'm not sure if it includes the export feature, but it may, since this should be the equivalent of the most recent version of Norton 360.
