I recently did a clean install of window 7 on my laptop.  Obviously I lost all my settings.  Is there a way to import my recovery points from my external hard drive or do I need to start all over?

Your Recovery Points are still good. They just won't show in the Ghost interface nor will they be managed by Ghost. When you feel you no longer need them, you can delete them.
