Hello;

My hard disk of my laptop is broken and I am using my backup, it was create at 2009, but I don`t mind. It was create by Norton Ghost v.12.0

The problem is when I want to recover my copy of this backup. I have created a virtual machine from WMWare because I want to create the same enviroment. I creat this imagen which same capacity and same virtual memory. When I start to recovery It is everything is perfect until the screen appear this error about v2isr.exe.

I am desesperate because I dont know what can I do. Please, I need your help. Thanks in advace.

Does you virtual machine have enough memory? I would say at least 512MB, but more is better.

It is possible but I have to try and then I tell you. I choosed 512 MB by virtual memory because It is the same was the physcal machine. I will try and I tell you as soon as possible.

If your using 512MB or greater and still get an error, try it again with the Ghost 15 recovery disk.

You shouldn't need to burn a disk, try mounting the ISO directly in the virtualCD.
