Hello,

I have just installed Norton Ghost 15 and used it for the first time to do a backup.

The backup failed with the message :

-Error E7C3000F: Device \\?\SymantecSnapshot0 cannot read 8192 sectors starting at LBA 307039616.
--Error EBAB03F1: Incorrect function.
(UMI:V-0-1987-15)

Can anyone advice on the cause.

In the end I found that one of my old Ghost 9 images appear to have been corrupt on my Hard drive. I got the same error when using Windows 7 backup and even when I tried to move the file to another drive,

I deleted the file from my PC and all is backing up OK now.
