Today I updated some personal information online on My Norton Account. I added my address and telephone number. I then received an email from NortonAccount@symantec.com which included all of the information I entered. I appreciate Symantec notifying me that my account information was changed but I do not think that the changed information (address, phone number, etc.) should be included in an unencrypted email message.
My suggestion is to send an email when someone updates their account but please remove the personal information. Just say, "Your account was updated. Let us know if you didn't do it."

That's a great suggestion. I've contacted the Norton Account team to review this idea. Thank you!
