Isn't that strange NIS 2010 is Dutch NL and Ghost UK Englisch language. This is sold in a bundle!  I need both Dutch, how do solve that?

Sorry, I don't understand Dutch, but perhaps you can find what you want here.

Welcome to the Norton Community.

It is quite common to find NIS 3 PC packs but I have never heard of Ghost being offered in a bundle like that so I would recommend being a little cautious on that front. I've never seen Ghost offered in anything more than a single computer license.

Having said that I would recommend two things:

1. Check with the vendor you purchased this from and clarify the license part as it relates to Ghost. I am wondering if this might just be a case of confusing wording and maybe what they are saying is that NIS is 3 PC but Ghost is only 1. I think it is worth double checking.

2. The final word on this can be given by Symantec Customer Service so I would suggest checking this with them as well. This is the link to US, please let me know if you want a different link.

As far as the different language, I could be wrong but I don't believe Ghost is offered in Dutch unfortunately. Other Norton products like NIS and Norton 360 are. You can confirm this with customer service as well.

... Is this a joke. .... In my question there is practically no word in Dutch! Everything is in English!

I think Norton Ghost 15.0 is not available in Dutch (Dutch interface). So that's the problem. The bundle is okay and reliable. It is sold in The Netherlands by Salland Automatisering, one of the largest online stores.

So, the question is, is there a version of Norton Ghost 15.0 with a Dutch interface/ Dutch language? When I have the key of the Englisch version, can I download the Dutch version? Where can I download the Dutch version?

It is not a joke. I gave you some links to try to help you and the links I gave you were to Dutch sites and they were in Dutch. I guess you didn't look at the sites I gave to you.

Yes, your questions were in English and your posts also. I was just trying to be helpful and posted some links that led to Dutch sites and they were in Dutch. Since I don't understand Dutch, I didn't know if the sites would be helpful to you or not.

If there is a Dutch version and you have a key for the English version, the key will still be good. The key knows no difference as far as language goes. It only knows the difference in different versions.

You may find some help in the links I posted earlier, but I am not sure of that, but have tried to help.

I also provided the free customer support chat program for the Netherlands which may be able to help to answer your questions also. That chat program would be in Dutch also which may be easier for you and they would know what is available in Dutch also.

That said, I have done some more checking and I do believe there is a Dutch version of Ghost after all. Somehow I missed it before.

Please check this link. I believe this link is to a trial version of Ghost 15 which you should be able to use the license key from the package you purchased to activate this.

In other words if you download Ghost 15 trial version from the second link I provided you should be able to activate it using the license key you have from the package you purchased.

Apologize for the misunderstanding, but I thought Floplot referred to the question (Dutch) and not to the answer. On the Dutch site is also the UK version. I will check all the links again. Thanks.

I checked Allen'st latest links. 'Download - engelse versie'. As you can see 'engelse versie' means Englisch language.

The trial is NGH150_AllWin_EnglishEMEATTryBuy30.exe. Also Englisch. No Dutch.

No problem on the misunderstanding, we've all been there before.

Apologies on the links. Initially I was pretty sure that Ghost was not offered in Dutch and then searched around and found those links. Then I got myself crossed up not being able to read what was in front of me.

For the final answer you are probably better off just checking with customer service just to make sure.

I been Googling and I saw sites that said something about getting Ghost 15 in multilanguage. However, seeing the names of these sites, I know they are not legal sites. But seeing so many different illegal sites is making me wonder if there is perhaps a legal Multilanguage Ghost 15 being sold. It makes me wonder now if that original UK version of Ghost is perhaps a multilanguage Ghost 15 which would include Dutch also.

I really think to get the proper answer to that question, you should contact the Dutch Customer service with the lnk I provided earlier . One of my links that I did give earlier was to the Dutch customer service. I'm pretty sure that the Dutch customer support would know if that UK version of Ghost included Dutch. There might be a choice in that UK cd that might give you a choice to pick out the Dutch version and install that. That would make sense to me rather than making all these different versions in all the different languages. I however do not have any knowledge of what is on that UK Ghost product.
