I have a 27G NOBU storage (25G purchased as NOBU and 2G purchased with Norton 360). I have purged all old backup files from the N360 PC, except for the current sets; the N360 PC is using around 1-2G of storage. On my other PC, a desktop that is running N360 V5 beta, I am running NOBU v2 and have created a backup set that, according to NOBU, is backing up 10.5G of files.
1. Every time I logon to the NOBU web interface, I get 2 "Notifications" at the top from several months ago that NOBU had insufficient space. I can close the Notifications, but they will be there when I logout and login again.
2. NOBU says I have used 24+G of my 27G pool, but it should be around 12-13G, more or less.
One possible problem is that after I installed NOBU on my PC that was named "STUDY", I had a crash and reinstalled Windows 7 and NOBU, but I renamed the PC something other than "STUDY"; it seems as though a bunch of storage related to the old "STUDY" name is still locked-up and I cannot release it.
Could you help?

Please send me a private message with the email address used to login to Norton Online Backup. I can then have our engineering team re-calculate your storage usage.
