FWIW, Comcast has it's own Help and Support Forums. CNSS is covered in the Security Forum .

Of course, we do not claim to have guru's like here, but we got folks with some knowledge of our version of Norton 360.

The security experts at the Comcast forum will "sometimes" refer their OP's to this forum.
