I am not happy with this product, it doesn't seem to be deleting tracking cookies, have had to install a superantispyware program which I am not pleased about. I have had to take the computer (it has windows 7) into a repair shop twice as it has picked up a virus, not good when its paid for! Please help

Welcome,
First, tracking cookies are ignored for the most part. They are harmless.
Superantispyware is an excellent program - as long as you are using the free version while you have a Norton product active. You cannot have two active security products running on the same system without conflicts at some point. They have been known to see the other product as a threat and lock the system.
You never mentioned the Norton product you are running nor the version.
Please post back and we'll see if we can't get things sorted out so that everythig works as expected.
