Thank you for your continued cooperation. The logs you provided, point to a known problem that we are currently researching.

Intermittently, NPE's requests for reputation data are not honored by our servers, which is deemed a loss to network connectivity. When NPE encounters the problem repeatedly, you see the window (posted by mp3jo) all the time, giving you an impression of a loop.

Should i have an update, i will post back to this thread.

To Forum Users,

To help debug this issue, please provide your router's model no./name along with NPE's etl log files. If you can, please also provide your router's firewall logs. All of this, when the issue is observed.

It has been found recently that the router's firewall could be blocking requests from NPE to our servers. Until we establish the root cause(s), please provide the aforementioned details when you post.
