I have a hard drive that was Ghosted using version 7.6. I do not have a copy of this software to image to a new hard drive. Where do I get this?

I'm not sure that a copy of Ghost7.6 is available. The current version of Ghost is 15. It can be found here;http://www.norton.com/ng15

It is not free so expect to see the nags to purchase the product.

That was an older DOS version of Ghost.  The new versions will not be able to use those image files.

If you had ghost installed on that system you may be able to extract ghost.exe out of it and make a boot disk to  restore the image.

Here is the Ghost Image Explorer:

It will not let you restore the image but it will let you open the image file and get your data out of it.

See if you can pull out the entire C:\Programs\Ghost folder
