I'd like to remove products listed in my account that I no longer have. Support agents have been unable to help me. Does anybody know how I can get it done?

Hi glonmo
Welcome to the Norton Community Forums
The items in Norton Account lists stay there as a record and are not purged.

But I want to remove them! I no longer have them or the computers on which they were installed. Certainly the company has the capability of removing products from a customer's account if the customer requests removal. Who in the company can I contact to accomplish my request?

Try contacting customer support and ask them to remove your Norton Account if you no longer have any Norton/Symantec products.

Hi glonmo
The old entries in your Norton Account, as I indicated earlier, are a record of what you have had installed and stay as a record of that and do not get deleted - even on request.

Hi md,
Sounds like I have the same problem or a very similar one. I signed up for a free 5Gb trial subscription to Online Backup. After trying it and liking it, I ordered a 25Gb paid subscription. I thought I was simply upgrading the subscription, but apparently that' s not how it works. The original 5Gb trial subscription expired on 11/25. A Norton support technicial told me tonight that the files I backed up there will be purged 30 days after the expiry date, but that I can still access those files until then.
Ok fine, but on the My Subscriptions page both subscriptions have a link that says "Access your online backup files" and they both point to the same list of files. The space indicator at the top of the page says I'm using 7Gb out of 30Gb. So it looks pretty much like the system is treating the two subscriptions as one bunch of files. If that's true, how do I know which files are going to disappear at the end of the 30-day grace period? For that matter, if I manually backup a file right now how do I know which space it's going into?
