I recently renewed my subscription for my Norton Internet Security and also purchased Norton Utilities. However, when I tried to activate it with the serial/activation key given to me, it will not accept it. I'm not sure how to resolve this issue without talking to someone in customer support.

Hi Bryce,
Unfortunately Customer Support are the only one's who can sort activation errors out. We can give you a link to download NU15, but it will only be a trial and will still need to be activated.
Live Chat is usually the quickest and they have helped me several times with this type of problem. You can reach them at http://www.norton.com/chat.
Oh, When you enter your Product Key, remember it is case sensitive. Capitals for capitals and space with "-". If that doesn't work then it's Customer Support.
