Can someone please tell me where there is some documentation on the setup of the add-on pack ? I want to make sure that my Outlook Express is set up to interact properly with 360 to deal with spam.
TIA,
Dave Cox

You could b a bit more polite.
We are here just to help you not to be insulted.!!!
If you have the Add on installed anti spam is probably installed good. Whatr would you like to test top be sure yours is installed properly?

True enough, and I apologize for my frustration at what I think is a simple question.
So, the question is: Within 360 Version 1 with the add-on pack installed, I would like to make sure that spam emails are going to be pushed to the spam folder. Level 1 took remote control, and really didn't do anything except uncheck the Outlook Express selection within add-on settings, take Outlook Express down, then re-check the selections.
I was looking to find some doc on the Norton site that would give a procedure for the setup of the add-on pack to ensure that emails would find their proper destinations. That was the question.
Thanks to anyone who would have anything to offer in the way of direction.
Dave

The Add-On Pack product Help section is the only available documentation for the product. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thanks!

After a lot of back and forth with support, the problem was discovered. Norton 360 cannot work with email clients that are set up with SSL ports. I had to go to the ISP solution of setting up AT&T's SpamGuard spam solution. Not quite what I wanted, but I don't have any choice at this time.
Thanks for all help.
