looks like a conflict in the anti-spam componants between 360 and Outlook. i googled the plug-in mentioned in the crash details and came up with this result that may help.

OP hasn't said if Norton Antispam add-on was installed or not .....
I note that was one of the questions I was asked here.

i noticed that too, but was thinking that the presence of that dll (MsouPlug.dll) was indicative of norton anti-spam being on the system, i.e., what else could put it there?
