I backup a drive on the 1st of every month (custom monthly backup). That works just great, but Ghost begins generating an error as soon as the there has been no backup on the drive for 30 days. That means that Ghost begins reporting an error with that drives backup on months with more than 30 days. Status reporting is set for Full Status Reporting.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks! David

Ghost GUI > Advanced tab > Drives tab > right click the drive that is Ghost is complaining about > Customize status reporting > Check No status reporting.

I don't want to turn off all reporting on the drive.

Sounds lake a bug in Ghost. If you are just doing a monthly backup, why choose custom monthly? The default is the 1st of the month same as you have chosen. That's what I use with an incremental daily and have never seen that problem.

I'll change to a regular monthly backup and see what happens. I thought there might be a registry setting to set.

Hope this resolved your issue. If not, please reply and let us know. Ghost will report no backups if more than 30 days have gone by. Best practice is to backup your drives more often than that in case of a system crash.
