Norton Ghost 15.0 Unable to Define New Backup

I am running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit Operating System and just loaded Ghost 15.0.  When I go to create a backup I get an error when I try to define a backup destination folder.  When I select browse, I get an unknown error.  I tried running repair with no success.

Seems strange. Can you log in as Administator or another administator account to see if it works then? Ghost relies on Dot Net Framework 2. You could try reinstaling that.
