Norton Ghost 15: Error E1AD4D93: Cannot retrieve drive backup history

Try this for starters, open the Ghost UI and click on "Tasks" then click on "File" and then "Recover My Files" and click on "Import Backup Destination". If that fails get back to us.

I tried this advice when I get this error message:   Norton Ghost 15: Error E1AD4D93: Cannot retrieve drive backup history

 

And it scanned the whole thing, then gave me the same error message. HELP Anyone< i need the files on this back up!!

Did you do a File and Folder Backup or Backup My Computer?
