Norton Ghost 15 can't see any drives E1ADDA52:

I'm using Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit.

The machine had 2 SATA and 1 IDE drive and Ghost gave this error.

I removed the secondary and tertiary drives in case they were causing the problem (I only want to clone the primary) leaving one primary SATA. The problem persists.

 

I attach my partinfo.txt and could also attach smedump.txt if necessary.

-Error E1ADDA52: Cannot read drive properties. --Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

All working now. I changed the partition size with GParted and that has corrected whatever was wrong with the partition.

Glad you got it working.

 

Could you do me a favor if you get a chance and post another partinfo.txt?

I looked at the one you posted the other day and couldn't find a problem with it.
