Norton Ghost install error# 2738 (vbscript inaccessible)

I exited all programs including my trendmicro antivirus. I put the Norton Ghost disc in the drive and proceeded to install using "install" rather than "custom install". The error I got was "Error 2738   Could not access Vbscript run time for custom action" The program then proceeds to "rollback". Any ideas are appreciated .... George

This may help.

 

Open a command prompt as administrator and type "regsvr32 vbscript.dll" without quotes and hit enter.
