I installed this on my Vista system and it worked.  I have now upgraded to Windows 7 and it does not open.  I attempted to uninstall the programme but I got the error message: Error 1720, Custom Action uninstall GenericmountDriver B24ECCE6-686C-4EE4.

Attempting to uninstall using Windows I now get the message- missing Norton Gost\Agent\SpinRegister.dll.

I do want to use the programme for backup so if anyone can help me please do so.

Try running the installer again.  If Ghost recognizes it is already installed you should get an option to repair the installation.
