The C_drive .v2i files are the Base Win7 image backups.

The C_drive .iv2i files are the incremental Win7 image backups.

The SYSTEM .v2i files are the Base SRP backups.

The SYSTEM .iv2i files are the incremental SRP image backups.

You only need one SYSTEM .v2i as it doesn't change. You don't need any SYSTEM .iv2i.

The .sv2i file is an index file of little importance.

If you HD is full you need to remove (delete) old backups.

OK I can del the files that are not needed, but is there a way that it only keeps the current back-up file.  these files are in the norton backup folder.

All I am trying to do is backup my pictures, videos, documents. and in the backup fifes I never see thoses files. I purchased ghost thinking that was the way it worked.
