Micro soft views the Norton Power Eraser.Beta as an Invalid 32bit program will not run.
is the Norton Power Eraser.Beta program only used with 64 bit m/s Operating systems?

Hello SwingDancer
Welcome to the Norton Community Forum
Beta programs should only be used on test computers. Maybe that is why it won't work for you. The malware might also prevent it from working.
Success always occurs in private and failure in full view.

I'd like to know why you are using Norton Power Eraser.Beta as well. I haven't seen any announcements of a new Power Eraser beta. The last announcement I can find regarding the beta is here. - http://community.norton.com/t5/Other-Norton-Produc

Hi
Norton Power Eraser is compatible. it seems like the file is not downloaded properly. Windows considers incomplete executables as invalids. Please try downloading the file again. Also try the download with a different browser.
The File size should be 2.88MB.
