Other Norton Products

I have an account with Comcast and was receiving Norton Security as a part of my subscription.  My computer has had some problems and now I can't download Norton from the Comcast site.  I believe Norton backed up my system while I was using their Security Suite.  Can I access these backups?  If so, where?

The Security Suite version is dealt with here under Other Norton Products so I'll ask for your message to be moved over there or better exposure. You won't lose sight of it because a link will be left here.

Since you seem to be saying that you can't download another copy of that product, have you asked on the actual COMCAST froums?

As far as I know, there is no Online Backup feature in this Comcast product. Where did you back up the files? Is that to a DVD or to any system drive?

 If I recall (I do not persoanlly use the NSS backup), you must have NSS installed in order to access the back up you have made at an earlier time.

The Comcast Forums have been opened as "read only" to everyone, so you will be able to go here and follow the instryuctions that apply to your situation: http://forums.comcast.com/t5/Security-and-Anti-Virus/How-To-Uninstall-Reinstall-Norton-Security-Suit...   Please rememeber you will have to sign in with your primary account user name and password inorder to be able to download the NSS.
