NSW is getting a bit long in the tooth and no longer supported. Norton Utilities is still current and supported. You don't 'have' to keep both on your computer. You 'may' keep them on the computer until you find that NSW is causing more problems than it solves. As operating system changes take you farther from where NSW called home it will be harder and harded for it to provide you with useful routines. As always, the choice is yours. My advice would be to retire it before it overstays its usefulness.
