Thanks for the response, Dick - I started having a minor problem with it a month orsso ago but now it is each time I do a registry scan.  I do have a more current disc......should I uninstall and reinstall?  Maybe that would get it to work better.  I do like this registry scan as it seems to not create any havoc with the registry.  Art

Also, when I reboot the logo is in my task bar (which is OK) but when I run the program it is removed from the task bar.  Any clue?  Art

What is your OS? If it's W7 is a fresh install or an upgrade from XP or Vista? What security program are you using?
