Dear people of the Norton Community,
I looked at my system status in Norton Utilities 15 and it claimed that my system was "low". I clicked the scan button and the program started to delete files. It APPEARED to be deleting files from some folder involving the internet. When I opened up youtube, I found the layout to be all messed up. It appears that many other sites are messed up too. I'm using Firefox, and have tried re downloading it. I learn that the online messaging Norton support system is just me, talking to a bot, which proved to be unhelpful. I looked all over the web and couldn't find anything helpful. I bought this product and as far as I can see it was not worth my money.
If anyone knows how to fix it please reply.
Sincerely,
Petro

Welcome,
Sorry that things aren't going well. Can you provide some information, please? What is your operating system and which version of what Norton security product are you running?
The results you're seeing are not typical of a NU scan. Also, the reach more than Nathan go here:

Hi,
Looks like our systems are very similar so I'm wondering why I'm not seeing the same results. Have you run a full scan with NIS to be sure your system is clean? Uninstalling and reinstalling FF might help clear that up a bit. FF 12 is out now.
Be sure that NIS is up to date and that you have rebooted at least once since the last time live update was run.
To get a second opinion on how clean your system is you might download, install, update and run Malwarebytes free scanneer found here: http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_
