My NU15 stops working everytime I try to scan my computer... I need a solution... its so frustrating to pay for this and have NO SOLUTION from Norton... I'm very disapointed!
Can you provide a bit more detail about your system and the exact nature of the problem? Which scan runs to cause the problem?
